Growth-Focused Executive Leadership Coaching

A High-Impact Personal Growth Experience

Program Overview

Leadership is demanding. But leadership in ministry and faith-driven organizations carries an additional weight.

Pastors, ministry leaders, and purpose-driven executives are not simply managing organizations. They are stewarding people, vision, and calling.

That responsibility often creates a leadership paradox.

You are expected to lead with strength while remaining spiritually grounded.
You must make difficult decisions while maintaining relational trust.
You carry the pressure of outcomes while remaining faithful to your calling.

Most leaders in these roles rarely have a safe environment where they can process challenges honestly, receive objective feedback, and develop intentional strategies for growth.

That is where executive coaching becomes invaluable.

A Different Kind of Leadership Development

Leadership books and conferences can inspire new ideas. Executive coaching produces personal transformation.

Growth-Focused Executive Coaching is a personalized leadership development experience designed specifically for faith-driven leaders who want to increase their leadership capacity while remaining aligned with their values, calling, and mission.

This coaching process integrates:

  • Advanced leadership assessment

  • Neuroscience-informed transformation strategies

  • Strategic leadership development

  • Confidential executive coaching dialogue

The goal is not simply to improve leadership performance. The goal is to help leaders live well, lead well, and sustain long-term impact.

The Coaching Process

The coaching journey follows a structured framework designed to produce both insight and action.

1. Discovery & Leadership Assessment

The process begins with a comprehensive leadership evaluation using the CDR 3-D Assessment Suite®, which examines three critical dimensions of leadership:

  • Character: relational leadership dynamics and integrity

  • Drivers & Rewards: motivational patterns that shape leadership behavior

  • Risks: potential derailers that can undermine leadership effectiveness

This assessment is followed by a four-hour deep-dive coaching session where the results are interpreted and key leadership opportunities are identified.

This stage provides powerful insight into leadership tendencies that often remain invisible without objective evaluation.

2. Targeted Leadership Development

Once the assessment is complete, we identify two or three high-impact growth targets that will shape the focus of the coaching journey.

These areas often include:

  • Leadership decision making

  • Relational leadership dynamics

  • Communication clarity

  • Emotional and relational intelligence

  • Leadership confidence and clarity

  • Navigating complex organizational challenges

The emphasis is always on practical leadership development that can be implemented immediately.

3. Implementation & Accountability

Clients meet with Michael twice per month for focused 50-minute coaching sessions designed to maintain momentum and ensure progress.

These sessions provide:

  • Honest outside perspective

  • Strategic leadership guidance

  • Reflection on real leadership challenges

  • Clear action steps for growth

  • Consistent accountability

Over time, this rhythm produces increased clarity, stronger leadership instincts, and sustainable personal growth.

Typical clients include:

These leaders often sense that greater leadership capacity is possible, but they need the right process, perspective, and accountability to unlock it.
